You can sit at the end of the dock and watch the reef break just offshore. Underwater tropical fish are a daily event at the dock. If you are traveling on your own boat, you may reserve a spot at your dock if staying in the enclave.

The property seemed new compared to other places we've stayed on Caye Caulker. We used the pool multiple times a day, the temperature was perfect. The views from the rooftop were great and it was nice to relax in the hammocks up there. The private dock was also great. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Debbie's place was even nicer than the pictures portrayed. Everything was very clean and the place was very well kept up. The property manager and the staff were very friendly and always go out of there way to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. I loved the roof top space with the four hammocks. Would love to rebook next time we visit Caulker.
Friendly people, new looking, very clean, great view from the rooftop patio. We felt very secure here. It is a little ways from downtown but nothing is very far in Caye Caulker. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the shower water was only warm(ish) at best, which happens in a lot of the places. No Complaints! I would stay here again.
This house was perfect! Plenty of room for my husband and me along with our 2 teenage children. The view from the rooftop has to be one of the BEST spots on the entire island for sunrise, sunset, and any other time! The 4 hammocks up there were awesome. Pool was great, dock was even better! Comfortable beds, pillows, and plenty of bath and beach towels provided. The ONLY complaint I have is the shower head gives NO water pressure. It was impossible for me to wash out my shampoo/conditioner. Hope to return soon and would definitely rebook this particular accommodation. CeCe and Michael were great. We rented bikes for the week. One a.m. we came out to hop on our bikes and a staffer was changing my tire. Apparently, I had run over something day before that caused my tire to flatten. They noticed and were on it before I even knew about the situation. Awesome! Sidenote: Went on a snorkel trip with Carlos. Everything was great...staff, lunch, boat, and rum punch!
Spent a very restful and relaxing week with the family in Caye Caulker at this house. I think I literally had to check myself for a pulse two or three times. Spent our time fishing, swimming, lounging on the pier, and snorkeling! Alternated between eating at local restaurants and cooking at the house. Great time and Michael and Debbie were were both great to work with!
I stayed in the Caribbean Sunrise Villa with my wife and three daughters over spring break, at the very end of March. Our oldest daughter slept downstairs on the futon sofa. We enjoyed our stay on Caye Caulker, which is a very laid back location on the Belize Cayes, quite a bit. The location is on the north end of the island, not on the more frenetic south side, and our girls really enjoyed riding bikes to and from restaurants and other entertainments. The bikes are available for rent from Michael and Ceci, the property managers, who are terrific and very responsive. We had a bit of an issue with the air conditioner in our room while we were there but were not staying long enough to worry about it too much. As we left, Michael was already bringing in someone to fix it. The rooftop patio and hammocks are the best thing about this particular property.
I would definitely stay here next time we are at CC. Michael and CeeCee were responsive and very helpful with questions and even getting us taxi in advance in Brlize City. Very clean home with everything we needed in kitchen and nice towels and the rooftop offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Because it was windy when we were there (typical in March) the pool was great to have since the wind made the ocean a bit wavy to swim in. Also be aware this is a bit away from most of the town but there is great bar across the street. We like that this home was further away from town as quiet at night and for relaxing .
Our family of four - with the teenage boys-- stayed one week in the Caribbean Sunrise Villa beginning of April and enjoyed every second of it. We took a water taxi, a 45-min ride from Belize City, then rented a golf cart taxi to get to the house. The "taxi" driver knew our property manager and exactly where we needed to go, even called to make sure, so we didn't have to look up the address. The property manager Michael, who grew up on the island, was a great resource if we had any questions, was very accommodating, and just a joy to talk to. The house is very new, and everything is in a perfect condition. Even our kids appreciated a quality of the finishes of the house, as well as the pool, the deck, and the dock by the ocean. We didn't cook much because we discovered that eating out was less expensive and more fresh than buying food at the local store, but the kitchen was fully equipped if we wanted to cook. The house is located a mile or so from the center, and just a few minutes by bike. We were happy to be away from the noise of the central streets. We made a reservation several months in advance, and by the time of the visit we didn't remember many details about the property. On the second day of our stay, the kids discovered a rooftop deck that had lounge chairs and hammocks, and had a 360 panorama views. It was a pleasant surprise for us, which we totally enjoyed. We did some scuba diving with the Belize Diving Services (great reliable shop with newer diving equipment) and tried to explore the island on foot and bikes, so, we didn't spend much time on the dock by the ocean, which is, perhaps, the newest on the island. Our boys were using the swimming pool quite a bit, and although it's shared between the three rentals, we always had the pool to ourselves. Overall, Caye Caulker is a very relaxing vacation spot. Caye Caulker is perfect for someone who wants to get away from the city hustles, scuba or snorkel, or just relax by the ocean.
We recently stayed at Sunrise Villa in Caye Caulker and were very impressed with the rental, the property and the manager Michael. We were met at the ferry dock with a taxi (golf cart) and had everything we needed at the house. It was very clean, everything was in good order and Michael or his sister were available if something was needed. We rented bicycles and enjoyed touring the island. We really didn't spend any time around the pool, but it was very nicely maintained. There is some construction noise from next door, which would affect us if we were at the pool, but the dock that is available with lounge chairs was a lovely place to enjoy the ocean view and breeze. The location was nice since it is far enough from town to be quiet, but close enough to walk or ride a bike for dinner or sight-seeing. We also enjoyed the wonderful bread from the local baker, delivered by bicycle (he's quite a character!) and lobster purchased in the same manner. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
We spent ten days exploring belize with our final 3 nights at caye caulker to meet up with our parents. Caye Caulker offers lots of rentals, mostly very simple basic cottages. If you are looking for something new, modern and clean the Sunrise Cottage is excellent. We looked at many places online before choosing and feel this us one of the nicest places on the island. It away from the noise and dust of the downtown area but only a few minutes walk to get there. It's near great local places to eat and has a beautiful dock for sunning swimming and fishing. There is a pool and the upper deck has great views and comfortable hammocks. It also has a washer which was wonderful as we did not have to do much Landry when we got home. This is a great place to stay and both the owner and staff are very helpful!
